Book your clean
Head to our booking page, choose your service and pick a date that works for you.

Drop off your items
Simply drop off your items at our G46 location at your agreed time. Bring them exactly as they are, no cleaning or preparation needed, and leave the rest completely to Charlotte.

The magic happens
We work through every single part of your item from top to bottom: the harness, the buckles, the fabric folds, the wheels and every little crevice a baby wipe simply cannot reach. Hand cleaning, sanitising and fully drying everything with baby-safe products until every part is sparkling clean and genuinely fresh.

Collect your items
When your items are sparkling clean, sanitised and fully dried we will let you know they are ready to collect from our G46 location. Most items are ready within 6 days or less, and for those moments when you need it sooner we also offer an Emergency Clean / 24 hour service.

Here's exactly what we do
Getting started
Fill in the booking form on the book in page with your item type, contact details and preferred drop-off date. Charlotte will confirm your slot and send through the workshop address.
The clean
Once your item has been dropped off this is fully inspected. All fabric is removed where possible and laundered or hand washed according to manufacturer's instructions, then steam sanitised. Bases and frames are cleaned in every crevice: buckles, straps, wheels. Everything is reassembled once fully dry, then steam cleaned once more to make sure nothing is missed. If there's mould or heavy soiling, we'll always let you know before proceeding. A £8 surcharge may apply.
Come and collect
Once your item is ready, Charlotte will let you know and you come and collect it from the workshop. Fresh, clean and ready to go.
When do I pay?
A 25% deposit is taken online when you book to secure your slot. The remainder is due when you collect. Prices are fixed and include everything.
